About the Owner
While in high school Scott Gombar took some of the earliest computer courses available. He learned to program in basic and built programs that would have a balloon bouncing around on the screen. Seems trivial now but at the time this was amazing to Scott.
It was then he knew that he wanted to work with technology. Scott has owned computers with every major release of Windows, several Macs and many different flavors of Linux. Today he uses virtualization to tinker with multiple versions of Windows and Linux as well as test things out before implementing them into a clients infrastructure.
Tandy TRS-80, Commodore 64 and Atari 2600 were once at his mercy. Today it’s Windows 10, Server 2016, Android, Kali Linux, and CentOS.
Scott has been called a nerdgeek, techie and a tech junkie because of his affinity for all things tech. He has a vast knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Digital Marketing, SEO and IT Management.
He also has worked in customer service for most of his professional life (usually in IT roles). He doesn’t only preach Client-Focused service but practices it.
Outside of IT he is the father of 3 uniquely wonderful children and a brand new grandfather. He loves baseball and coaches his younger children and their teams. He also loves small businesses and makes an effort to support them as much as possible.
