Computer Issues That Can Be Resolved Remotely
Remote Support @ the Speed of Live
We get it. Sometimes (probably most of the time) you don’t want to drag your computer to a repair shop and wait for them to fix it.
Sometimes you don’t want to wait for a tech to come to you (though we make our best effort to come to you ASAP). It’s not always convenient to have someone in your house to work on your computer issues.
And if you’re not in the Connecticut area we are not able to visit your home or office (yet!).
We can still help you with almost any issue. If you have a high-speed internet connection we’ve got you covered!
Remote Support is the fastest and most efficient way to get the support you need. Our Remote Support Admins are available 7 am to 9 pm EST Mon-Fri and 8 am to 2 pm EST on Saturday.
One flat fee of $75 gets you one hour of unlimited support. We’ll take care of any and all issues you have on your computer.
Get started by filling out the below form. Be sure to include an email address you can access on the problem computer. We will send the connection information to you at this email address.
Once you complete the form you will be redirected to PayPal for your payment.
Remote Computer Support is a powerful and extremely useful tool to assist computer users with a resolution to their computer problems. It doesn’t come without risk. Here is a list of things to be wary of when it comes to remote support.
- Microsoft and Legitimate Computer Support Companies do not proactively call end users to resolve computer issues (unsolicited). This is a scam used to gain access to unwitting people’s computers. Computers are then compromised and/or sensitive data (like social security/identity) stolen.
- Unrestricted access without the computer owner’s knowledge. We never set our clients up with unrestricted access to their computers without their knowledge. In fact, this requires a different plan and we would love to talk to you about it.
- Malware/Virus removal remotely is often not possible. It is possible but malware removal usually requires an alternative boot device. We will make best efforts to remove malware remotely but if it cannot be completely remediated remotely we will discuss alternative options.
